1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

2. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched:
- It can no longer be cancelled
- You may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy
3. Cancellation by OON Clothing
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- There is a pricing or product description error
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
